The second floor of 309 East Linden features three bedrooms and a full bath. All three bedrooms include a closet, two windows, and of course hardwood floors. The hallway joining the rooms includes a built-in linen cabinet with drawers.

The second bedroom is the master bedroom. Extras include a ceiling fan, and in-wall wiring that allows speakers to be mounted on the wall above the bed without the need for unsightly wires along the wall.
